If you are not satisfied with your T-shirt or other item, we will do an in-store exchange within 15 days of purchase with original receipt and all tags in tact.
All orders are taken seriously and because of the nature of our on-line products and customization process all orders may take a minimum of two (2) to five(5) days to process. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order please contact us immediately.
If you decide that you want to cancel your order - you may do so within the first two (2) days without reprisal. After three (3) days a $25.00 cancellation fee will be charged to cover supplies used or ordered and for time spent in finding another customer to buy the product(s).
Balanced Expressions LLC can not issue refunds for products already worn, washed or used. If you receive an order that is damaged or opened please return entire package for a replacement.
Balanced Expressions LLC tracks and in some cases insures all packages shipped to ensure that both our company and you are protected in cases of damages, loss, theft or other such unforeseeable circumstances by the shipping carrier.
Balanced Expressions LLC values its customers so we ask for two ways to contact you. Your information will never be sold or shared without your consent.
Balanced Expressions LLC takes all forms of payment through PayPal, Google Checkout or personal checks. For orders placed with a personal check please mail to the address below. All orders that are paid by check will be held for a period of time of seven (7) to ten (10) business days to allow the payment to clear and prevent fraudulent actions.
